Just as Congress was passing the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments, Angela Morrison began practicing environmental law. Given the timing and importance of that landmark legislation, she has devoted her practice to assisting industry clients with implementation of the CAA and air quality regulatory, permitting matters, and compliance. Because of her rich experience in this complex field, she has authored a number of articles for legal and technical publications and has become a frequent speaker at conferences throughout Florida and at the national level. Through her active involvement with the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, she has taken on several different leadership roles including a Council position and serving as the Editor in Chief for its national publication Trends. She started her own firm, Morrison Environmental, in 2014 where she continues to develop her niche air practice after 24 years with Hopping Green & Sams, one of Florida’s leading environmental law firms.
